Specialty Glass Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed company determined targets for specialty within each assigned product group in assigned area
• Follows and implement Marketing and Sales plans / strategies for assigned area
• Promote the company’s products addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Provide all accurate technical information, comparisons, etc.… as required by customers to secure customer approval and closing the sales order.
• Follow up new trends and developments of the industry while monitoring competitors’ activities and reporting the same to his management.
• Maintains highest level of professional and timely communication with customers and decision makers.
• Ensures proper management of the sales order process from quotation to delivery of customer requirements.
• Coordinate and arrange samples, mock-ups and all necessary tools to obtain projects approvals within company policy and system.
• Maintains excellent relationships and continuous communications with the aluminum fabricators and glass processors in his assigned area.
• Establishes and maintains excellent relationship and communication with the consultants and contractors related to the company industry.
• In coordination with concerned department of OAGC, prepares submittal documents as required by the concerned in projects within his territory.
• Secures and updates approvals of consultants for the different products of the company.
• Perform all his duties, tasks and communication while maintaining the highest integrity standards as required by the company while maintaining the privacy and secrecy of company or customers business secrets.
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes. surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
• Contributes to the setting of monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
• Perform other tasks as directed by immediate superior or management.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher related to the field

Experience:

Minimum 5 years
